Vancouver, 2024 – The International Council of Fruit and Dried Nut Conference, renowned for its formal assemblies and serious discussions, took a delightful turn this year with a Casual Dinner event that was anything but ordinary. Held at the iconic BC Place (home to Vancouver’s BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps), the evening was transformed into a quintessential Canadian tailgate party, complete with all the local flavors and fervor one could imagine

From 24 to 28 August 2024, the annual conference of the International Association for Health Professions Education (AMEE) was held at Messe und Congress Center Basel. A total of 3,319 visitors were welcomed at the venue and a further 674 via online channels. The organisers seem to be fond of Basel, since this is now the second time that they have opted to stage their event in this city on the Rhine.
