AIM Group completes office renovation and accelerates growth plan

30 Apr 2025

With the relocation of its Florence office, AIM Group International has completed a major workplace renovation plan in Italy, which also included the relocation of its Milan headquarters and the modernisation of its Rome offices. This investment is part of a wider development strategy aimed at growth, business diversification and innovation.

‘At a time of profound industry transformation, we have chosen to invest in people and workspaces because we believe in the importance of collaboration and direct interaction to create value,’ says Gianluca Scavo, CEO of AIM Group. ‘Our offices are not just workplaces, but environments designed to foster dialogue, creativity and innovation, in line with our growth model.’

The office renovation is part of a larger strategic plan that includes:

  • Expanding into new markets, with a focus on diversification into sectors such as sport, leveraging AIM Group’s extensive experience in events and communication to enter a growing industry.
  • Enhancement of internal expertise, through targeted training programmes that empower talent and further strengthen market responsiveness.
  • Investing in technology, with the adoption of new digital solutions to optimise event management and enhance business performance.
  • Developing strategic partnerships, to expand the network and create new business opportunities.
‘This investment plan goes against the market trend, but it is a clear and deliberate choice,’ emphasises Gianluca Buongiorno, President of AIM Group. ‘We have decided to invest in the future, in our people and in growth opportunities, because we believe that the value of AIM Group lies in its ability to innovate, evolve and look ahead with ambition.’
