CPI has just been announced as the winner for The Best Use of Onsite Technology
Conference Partners International (CPI) is delighted to announce we have been awarded The Best Use of Onsite Technology Award at the 2018 EventsAIR Client Innovation Awards, taking place in Brisbane, Australia this morning (27.08.2018).
This award recognises clients who assemble a complete onsite technology solution for their events and CPI has been acknowledged for their work on the SEAI Energy Show. For this annual event, CPI decided to do only onsite printing of badges/check in, working closely with the printer provider to make sure the EventsAIR badging system worked to the best of its ability on-site in order to get people checked in and their badges printed in the quickest time possible. With a total of nine kiosks set up most with QR check in and a few for new registration, it was imperative that our badges printed correctly as each badge contained a QR code which was used for lead retrieval – a main contributing factor for exhibitors to attend this event.
The award ceremony is taking place in Brisbane, Australia today and the lead Account Executive on this event, Neal Donnelly was delighted to accept this award via Skype.
Speaking about the event, Neal says:
‘This event happens every year and it was the first time we decided to use the attendee app for lead retrieval rather than an external company. The client trusted us as they would have preferred to play it safe and do it as we have always done it, but we trusted EventsAIR could handle the demand.’
