Workshop: Strategies and Tactics in Developing Future Business Opportunities

After a hugely successful inaugural meeting in 2023, we return for the second instalment of our collaborative workshop, jointly organised by the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers (IAPCO) and Leading Centres of Europe (LCE). This hands-on workshop is designed to analyse our strategic thinking about current Venue-PCO-Association dynamics and identify new opportunities for shaping the future of our shared business.
During the 2-day workshop, led by Oscar Cerezales (Global Executive Vice President – MCI) and Bob Epsom (Strategist and International Moderator) we will examine our perception of the current and future market, consider go-to-market strategies and design business development for the ever-evolving associations landscape.

Accommodation Rate:
The cost of single accommodation is complimentary to the client / guest for two nights of the event (18 & 19 March 2024). The rate includes breakfast. Additional nights can be booked upon request at your own expense.
