Micro Lab | Event Design Lab: Turning Challenges into Design Opportunities

Designed as an interactive solutioning workshop, the Micro Lab will explore how intentional event design can move beyond logistics to address real challenges, create greater stakeholder value and strengthen long-term engagement.
Through the lens of two case studies, participants will examine how specific design decisions influenced connection, community building and belonging in an increasingly fragmented world.
The session will then move from insight to application, with interactive exercises that invite participants to explore how practical event design principles can be adapted to their own events and communities.
