The 3rd edition of the IAPCO & NZICC Emerging Leaders Programme – APAC has successfully concluded, bringing together 15 emerging professionals from 8 IAPCO Member companies across 6 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Under the theme “Emerging Leadership in Action – Leading Yourself, Leading Others, Leading the Industry,” participants engaged in six interactive online sessions exploring leadership, influence, relationship-building and navigating uncertainty.
The programme benefited from the expertise of Giulia Sarri (AIM Communication | AIM Group International), Mathias Posch (International Conference Services), Nicky McGrane (Conference Partners International), Stephan Wurzinger (MCI Group) and Dee Dee Quah (Medical Conference Partners).
Special recognition goes to programme curators and moderators Pooja Menon and Shimal Jaykant, alumni of the previous editions and recipients of the 2024 and 2025 Jan Tonkin Scholarships, respectively.
Led by the IAPCO Training Academy, chaired by Stephen Noble, the programme was supported by the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), represented by Alana Bicknell, and delivered with the support of IAPCO Accredited Member The Conference Company.
The programme also opens the door to the prestigious Jan Tonkin Scholarship 2026, offering one outstanding participant the opportunity to attend the IAPCO Annual Meeting & General Assembly 2027 in Mumbai. Applications are currently under evaluation.
