IAPCO at IBTM World 2025: Three Days of Energy, Insight and Collective Momentum

At IBTM World 2025, IAPCO delivered a powerful mix of pop-up education, strategic advocacy, hosted buyer engagement, award recognition and on-stand collaboration—all focused on unlocking what’s next for our community.
Pop-up sessions on AI, innovation, sustainability and legacy brought practical, future-focused insight to the show floor, with contributions from Members Hazem Nabil (ICOM Group) and Antonella Nalli (Triumph Group International), and Partners Herson Engcoy (Snapsight) and Alexander Alles (JMIC). Together with Stockholm Business Region, Meetagain and Nordic Hotels & Resorts, we also unveiled a first look at IAPCO EDGE Stockholm 2026 and its theme, “Bridging Minds: A Collaborative Innovation Journey.”
IAPCO contributed to the Association Leaders Forum and presented the IAPCO Collaboration Award 2025, supported by IBTM, to MCI Australia

Global Socio-Political Impact Survey  Update 2026

A number of the leading organisations of the global meetings and events industry have joined forces again, to better understand the direct short- and long-term impacts of current global unrest, conflict and geo-political changes and to compare with results from a similar body of research conducted in 2025.

IAPCO, PCMA, ICCA, AIPC, IFES and AMCI have authored this survey to gather data from a combined global network of meetings and events professionals and organisations.

The survey results will be used to understand how geo-political policy changes impact our global industry and to assess their impact year-on-year.

Thank you in advance for your participation and support.
