IAPCO 2025 Annual Member Survey
On 6 May, IAPCO released its latest report to mark Global Meetings Industry Day 2026, bringing together the 2025 Annual Member Economic Impact overview, stories of members’ successes, and the official launch of our Dear Destinations campaign.
The findings demonstrate the significant contribution of our members to the global meetings industry. In 2025, IAPCO Accredited PCOs delivered 23,512 meetings and events worldwide, managed more than 7.7 million participants and generated an estimated €17.36 billion in economic impact.
For members, these results are an important advocacy tool. They provide clear evidence of the value, resilience and expertise of the IAPCO community, helping to reinforce the role of accredited PCOs in driving knowledge exchange, supporting destinations, advancing sectors and creating long-term impact.
The report also includes case studies from across the IAPCO community, showcasing how members continue to deliver work of extraordinary range, quality and value across regions and sectors.
