In the latest edition of HQ Magazine (#120), themed “Homo Machina: How is Technology Redefining the Way We Meet,” Limor Cunia — IAPCO Council Member and Vice President, Clients & Operations at IAPCO Member Kenes Group — explores how technology, particularly AI, is reshaping the way we design, deliver, and elevate delegate engagement.

Titled “Enhancing Attendee Engagement with Technology,” the article highlights Kenes’ innovative use of smart tools such as real-time translation, AI-generated session summaries, facial recognition badge kiosks, chatbot support, and abstract management assistants — all with one aim: to create more dynamic, inclusive, and accessible events.

Rooted in IAPCO’s commitment to #UnlockingExcellence, this article is a powerful example of how IAPCO Accredited Member organisations are at the forefront of setting new industry standards and enriching the delegate experience through innovation.

Global Socio-Political Impact Survey  Update 2026

A number of the leading organisations of the global meetings and events industry have joined forces again, to better understand the direct short- and long-term impacts of current global unrest, conflict and geo-political changes and to compare with results from a similar body of research conducted in 2025.

IAPCO, PCMA, ICCA, AIPC, IFES and AMCI have authored this survey to gather data from a combined global network of meetings and events professionals and organisations.

The survey results will be used to understand how geo-political policy changes impact our global industry and to assess their impact year-on-year.

Thank you in advance for your participation and support.
