Accredited Conference Expert - ACE I

Take the first step towards becoming a recognised expert in the conference and meetings industry. The ACE I accreditation is designed for professionals looking to validate their knowledge, demonstrate their commitment to excellence, and stand out in a competitive field.

What you will achieve

Upon completion, you will earn the internationally recognised designation of Accredited Conference Expert (ACE I), the first of three progressive levels within the IAPCO accreditation pathway.

Requirements

Completion of the IAPCO webEDGE Training Programme, earning a minimum of 20 CMP credits — including passing a 12-question assessment per module (75% pass rate required)
A minimum of 4 years of industry experience (or 3 years within an IAPCO member organisation)
Submission of a letter of motivation

This accreditation is ideal for conference and meetings professionals who are established in the industry and ready to take their career development to the next level.

ACE I is the first step in a three-level accreditation journey. Progress to ACE II and ACE III as your career and expertise grow.
