The 42nd COCAL Congress 2026, the leading Latin American meetings industry congress, will take place in Fortaleza, Brazil, from 1–3 July 2026.
IAPCO Ambassador for LATAM, Renata Pozza, will be an invited speaker at the event.
Organised by COCAL, the Latin American Meetings Industry Association, the congress brings together event organisers, convention bureaux, destinations, tourism authorities, suppliers, international buyers and industry leaders from across Latin America to discuss the future of the MICE sector.
Under the theme "Events as Drivers of Economic Development, Innovation and Sustainability in Latin America", Renata will participate in the panel discussion, "Voice of the Client: What Does the Client Expect from an Event Organiser?", bringing the perspective of IAPCO and its global community of accredited PCOs to this important industry dialogue.
