As IAPCO EDGE marked its 10th anniversary in 2025, we are celebrating a decade of dynamic learning, shared experiences, and a global community that continues to raise the bar for excellence in the meetings and events industry.

Through the #EDGEat10: Voices of a Decade activation, EDGE Alumni were invited to share their #UnlockingEDGE stories — reflecting on key takeaways, defining moments, and how EDGE has shaped their professional journeys. The response was inspiring, and we are delighted to introduce the three EDGE Featured Alumni whose messages stood out.

Selection process: 11-19 December 2025
Selection announcement: 20 December 2025

Selection Process
All submissions will undergo a fair and transparent evaluation conducted jointly by the IAPCO Training Academy and Headquarters teams. The process will include the following stages:
1. Eligibility Screening
All submitted videos will be reviewed to ensure they meet the participation criteria — including the use of the hashtag #EDGEat10, tagging @IAPCO, adherence to the two-minute duration limit, and public visibility on LinkedIn. Only eligible videos will advance to the scoring stage.

2. Quantitative Evaluation
Engagement metrics will be assessed first. Scores will be normalised based on each participant’s audience size to ensure fairness across all submissions.

3. Qualitative Evaluation
A panel composed of representatives from IAPCO HQ and the Training Academy will independently review each eligible video, applying the scoring criteria for Clarity of Message, Connection to Theme.

4. Combined Scoring and Ranking
Quantitative and qualitative scores will be combined to produce a total weighted score out of 100 points for each participant. The top three featured alumni will then be identified based on their overall score.
In the event of a tie, the submission with the higher Engagement Metrics score will be prioritised.

5. Recognition and Announcement
The three selected Featured Alumni will be formally recognised through IAPCO’s communication channels and invited to take part in one of the 2026 EDGE programmes — either EDGE Stockholm, EDGE Auckland, or EDGE Advanced Dubai.
