Annual Member Survey

The IAPCO Company Report and Annual Survey is a mandatory annual submission completed by IAPCO Members as part of the membership renewal process. It provides IAPCO with an up-to-date overview of changes across Member organisations, including company size, staffing, operations and administration.

Beyond organisational data, the survey provides valuable insight into Member sentiment, market outlook and emerging trends affecting members, their clients and suppliers. These insights are analysed by IAPCO to help ensure that the Association’s products, services and strategic priorities continue to meet the evolving needs of IAPCO Members, their teams and the wider professional and business events industry.

The data also plays an important role in demonstrating the economic value that professionally organised meetings and events bring to destinations, helping IAPCO advocate for the impact and importance of its global community.

The Global Socio-Political Impact Survey of 2025 is a pulse check to the impact of global unrest and its cost to our industry, and clients. In April 2025, the survey was distributed asking respondents to consider the impacts of the global unrest. The results paint a clear picture of an industry navigating multifaceted pressures, from operational logistics to stakeholder confidence and financial viability.
